Incident Management Analyst
Location: Vadodara / India | Contract type: Full time

The role
The Incident Management Analyst is a key role in the successful delivery of a high-quality managed service. The role will be responsible for managing incidents throughout their entire lifecycle irrespective of resolver group. This will include proactively examining incident queues to safeguard achievement of contracted service levels, taking remedial action by matrix managing assigned analysts and resolver teams to prevent incidents from breeching KPIs & SLAs.
Requirements
- Experience working in an IT business handling IT related incidents and managing them to resolution adhering to tight deadlines.
- Experience managing customer escalations taking the emotion out of a situation through delivery of commitments relating to positive actions.
- Excellent management skills and ability to drive resolution of a problem achieving customer satisfaction.
- High degree of experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A tenacity to drive change within an organization to demonstrate improvements identified as part of a Service Improvement Programme.
- Confidence to matrix management technically skilled analysts to deliver against tight SLAs.
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations during stressful periods whilst a customer is under extreme senior management pressure to rectify business impacting issues.
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable to operate during core in-country customer operational hours e.g., UK is 09:00 – 18:00 BST
