Infrastructure Cloud Engineer

Location: Vadodara / India   |   Contract type: Full time

The role

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for coordinating, controlling, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, applications, network integration, and desktop shared services on-prem and within AWS. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the enterprise End User (Laptop/desktop) technologies including the general installation, repair, and configuration of the following: Laptops, LAN, Servers, Operating systems, desktop applications, and back-office systems, including AWS or Azure cloud instances.

Requirements

  • AWS or similar certification
  • Two to five years of experience in cloud and back-office support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PC equipment, peripherals, computing equipment, servers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide good working knowledge support on desktop hardware, operating systems, drivers, and software within an O365 environment.
  • Ability to deal with Hardware / Software vendors to obtain quotes for repair, AMC, L1/L2 Support etc.
  • Good communication skills
