Infrastructure Cloud Engineer
Location: Vadodara / India | Contract type: Full time

The role
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for coordinating, controlling, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, applications, network integration, and desktop shared services on-prem and within AWS. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the enterprise End User (Laptop/desktop) technologies including the general installation, repair, and configuration of the following: Laptops, LAN, Servers, Operating systems, desktop applications, and back-office systems, including AWS or Azure cloud instances.
Requirements

AWS or similar certification
-
Two to five years of experience in cloud and back-office support.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PC equipment, peripherals, computing equipment, servers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to provide good working knowledge support on desktop hardware, operating systems, drivers, and software within an O365 environment.

Ability to deal with Hardware / Software vendors to obtain quotes for repair, AMC, L1/L2 Support etc.

Good communication skills
