Operations Support L2 Analyst

Location: Vadodara / India   |   Contract type: Full time

The role

The Operations Support L2 Analyst role is required to ensure that all incidents managed directly are logged, investigated, resolved, and closed to the satisfaction of the client, within agreed service level agreement timescales.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of IT Support experience. Typically one who has experience in helpdesk support, support desk, service desk environment. Preference is incident management work area.
  • Understand ITIL Framework – certification not required
  • Working knowledge of basic SQL & Operating System i.e. Windows, Linux etc.
  • Must have basic knowledge of SSMS.
  • Problem solving – Resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
  • Understanding on basic networking concepts and devices.
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable to work in 24/7 environment
