Support Analyst L2

Location: Vadodara / India | Contract type: Full time

Key accountabilities

Looking for a tech-savvy and experienced Automation Lead to help deliver Automation service deliveries for PMC.

Requirements

Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, iOS and Android, Shell, Linux programming would be preferred

Experience in Web & Mobile Automation, API & Microservices automation, Desktop App Automation

Leadership: Experience of leading a team of at least 3+ automation engineers.

Automation Tech Stacks: Selenium, Appium, Protractor, TestNG, Cucumber BDD, Maven, POM, Postman, Newman, Mocha, Jasmine, etc.

Stakeholder Management:

Responsible for dealing with all Stakeholders effectively (both internal and external) and be the main point of contact for automation across several projects.

o Identify the most effective ways to build stakeholder understanding of our services and offerings and enhance our own understanding of their needs and requirements.

Communication

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.

Clearly communicate testing progress, challenges, and results, driving discussions on new propositions and solutions that enhance client value.
