PMC brought together senior retail and commerce leaders for Scale & Beyond: Commerce Leaders Forum, an afternoon dedicated to exploring how unified commerce and AI are reshaping customer journeys. Featuring keynote insights from Retail Economics’ Richard Lim, AI expert Katie King and industry commentator Miya Knights, the forum examined the growing gap between ambition and execution as commerce complexity accelerates. The event concluded with a panel discussion led by Natalie Berg, joined by Dan Jelfs, Miya Knights and Shopify’s Shiv Patel, exploring practical implications coming out of NRF 2026 and what leaders should be prioritising next.

Year 2025

PMC hosted Making Commerce Click, an event to launch The Race to Unified Commerce, a new report by Retail Economics & PMC, bringing together senior retail leaders to explore how connected commerce is driving growth for today’s always-on shopper. Our team also hosted a live demonstration of Direct-to-Shopper (D2S) powered by Graphene, showing app-free branded microsites, seamless checkout, and real-time campaign tracking, while Richard Lim, CEO of Retail Economics, shared insights on mid-sized brands leading in agility, the challenges of legacy systems, and the role of API-first architectures in fast, low-risk innovation.

This year, Europe’s premier event for retailers and technology innovators relocated to a new home – ExCeL in London! Due to the unrivalled success at the show in 2024, PMC once again sponsored both the iconic Champagne Bar and the signature Big Retail Party! Our team also hosted a collaborative, Tech Talk on the Spotlight Stage with Crew Clothing and Retail247, discussing Crew Clothing’s retail transformation story and the power of partnerships.

NRF is the flagship industry event of the National Retail Federation (NRF) held over 3 days in New York city. Featuring over 1,000 exhibitors and 100+ sessions, including keynote speakers from some of retail’s biggest names, it attracts retailers from all over the world. PMC attends every year, ready to network with retailers, industry leaders and partners, and bring back key insights to share with our local market and customer base.

Year 2024

Our flagship customer conference for 2025 featured a racing theme and took place at the iconic Silverstone Museum. Over 80 retail leaders, technology experts and innovators gathered for the day to hear from our impressive line-up of speakers, network as a customer community and take a deep dive into the challenges of leading through change, driving innovation, and continuously adapting in a market that moves at breakneck speed.

The Retail Technology Show – April 2024

Held over two days at Olympia London, the Retail Technology Show is Europe’s premier event for retailers and technology innovators. In 2024, PMC sponsored the event’s Champagne Bar, offering visitors a central hub to learn how PMC is addressing key challenges for retail and commerce brands. We also shared the spotlight on the Tech Talk Stage with Arsenal Football Club, showcasing their recent retail innovations and their transformative impact on the customer experience.
