Manual testing
While automation offers clear and obvious benefits, this will never fully replace manual testing. In fact, this serves to drive more focus through manual testing of new and complex areas. PMC’s lab facility allows us to host physical hardware test requirements, including POS & SCO, as well as typical non-hardware specific testing for OMS, CRM and web applications as examples.
