Managing regression testing with limited resources

FitFlop faced challenges with manual regression testing, which often required limiting the extent of testing during development sprints. This limitation impacted their ability to thoroughly test new releases and functionalities, slowing down the deployment process and increasing business risk.

Comprehensive web testing program and automation

To address these challenges, PMC was engaged to provide a comprehensive web testing programme for FitFlop. This included rigorous testing on both the FitFlop test site and production site post-deployment. By integrating with the BrowserStack testing platform, PMC was able to execute tests on real mobile devices and a diverse array of web browsers, ensuring broad and effective coverage.

This included testing across all card types, currencies, geographies, and languages.
