In India, PMC is a proud sponsor of the Akshar Trust, based in Vadodara which is an exceptional organization that transforms the lives of hearing-impaired children. In the UK, PMC is a proud sponsor of Adoption UK, a national charity run by and for adopters, providing self-help information, advice, support and training on all aspects of adoption and adoptive parenting.

Over the years
650+ children with deafness have been supported
Based within Vadodara in India, Akshar Trust provides specialised education and support for children with hearing impairment, while also guiding their families and training educators across India.
After 16 years of sustained effort, Akshar’s purpose-built campus was inaugurated in April 2016, marking a major milestone in its journey. Over the years, 650+ children with deafness have been supported.
Furthermore, our Internship Initiative with Akshar Trust offers internships to hearing-impaired students, empowering them with skills, confidence and career readiness for future success.

PMCpeoplecycled 500 miles across the UK and India, fostering teamwork, boosting well-being, and supporting a worthy cause with enthusiasm, commitment, and mutual encouragement.
Visited Akshar Trust to play games, explore arts and crafts, share gifts, and connect with children with hearing and speech impairments, creating meaningful moments of joy and learning.
During Christmas, our UK team spread festive cheer by wearing holiday jumpers and contributing toys to Save the Children and Lidl's Toy Bank, supporting families in need.
In memory of our apprentice Elliot Pullen, we raised funds for Brake Charity through a 26.2-mile walk and 100km cycle, promoting road safety awareness.
