Redesigned the User Interface, enhancing usability for over 4,500 pub properties.
Streamlined training for large number of staff members with the updated TSR application.

Ei Group, now Stonegate Pub Company, is the largest pub company in the UK with around 4,800 properties, recognised the need to update and enhance their web-based tool, TSR (Technical Service Requests). This tool is crucial for managing drink availability at the bar. The challenge lay in modernising the TSR application to improve functionality and user experience while ensuring a seamless upgrade with clear visibility of project deliverables, timescales, and costs.
PMC partnered with Ei Group using a fixed price, fixed scope project solution to enhance the TSR application. This approach provided guaranteed visibility into project deliverables, timescales, and costs. PMC’s delivery team employed strong project governance and best practices throughout the project, ensuring that improvements to the TSR application were effectively identified and implemented.
PMC’s development services led to significant upgrades to the TSR application. This included improvements to the User Interface (UI) to facilitate better staff training and an enhanced user experience. The project was managed with a focus on delivering high-quality updates, ensuring that the TSR application met Ei Group’s operational needs efficiently.
The enhanced TSR application now boasts increased capability and a more intuitive user interface. These upgrades have streamlined ongoing staff training and improved overall usability, contributing to better bar management and customer service across Ei Group’s properties.
The PMC team delivered an application that had improved reliability and security, added mobile capability and generally was more up to date. TSR has become more modern, more user friendly and has a much better UI. Our staff need less training thanks to a more intuitive UI and, importantly, the source code is more maintainable.
