Green Commute Initiative (GCI) is a Cycle to Work Scheme provider, helping employees save on bike purchases while promoting health and sustainability. GCI ensures smooth management of everything from initial customer interest to final delivery, making the process seamless for both employers and employees.

GCI struggled with outdated web applications and inefficient order management systems that hindered their operational efficiency. The existing systems were unable to keep up with the growing demands of GCI's operations.

Since 2018, PMC has been pivotal in transforming GCI’s systems, including the creation of the 'Instant GCI' portal and a new module for managing change orders. PMC’s dedicated approach ensures that GCI receives continuous support and high-quality development services. The full-time resources allocated to GCI applications enable efficient management of change requests and enhancements, ensuring that GCI’s web applications meet evolving business needs effectively.
