An outdated web application impeding efficient bar management

Ei Group, now Stonegate Pub Company, is the largest pub company in the UK with around 4,800 properties, recognised the need to update and enhance their web-based tool, TSR (Technical Service Requests). This tool is crucial for managing drink availability at the bar. The challenge lay in modernising the TSR application to improve functionality and user experience while ensuring a seamless upgrade with clear visibility of project deliverables, timescales, and costs.

TSR has become more modern, more user friendly and has a much better UI. Our staff need less training thanks to a more intuitive UI and, importantly, the source code is more maintainable.
